We are seeking compassionate, positive individuals for a unique part-time role working just 5 shifts per month (24-hour shifts) in Warrington. This spacious Warrington home is built entirely on love-led practice, therapeutic input, and reflective care to ensure every child feels deeply valued.

### Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Residential Support Worker, you will jump right into the family rhythm during your shifts:

Daily Support: Guide the siblings through their daily routines—getting them ready for school, prepping meals together, and structuring their days.
Creative Activities: Get hands-on with arts and crafts, painting, outdoor trips, or winding down with popcorn and movie nights.
Homemaking: Help maintain a warm, comfortable, and clean environment through light housekeeping.
Emotional Support: Build meaningful, trust-based relationships and offer patient, therapeutic guidance.
Record Keeping: Keep essential, accurate logs to maintain the highest standards of continuous care.
