The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. This role focuses on ensuring a positive patient experience through effective communication, appointment coordination, issue resolution, and adherence to organizational service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional assistance to patients by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing registrations, and offering accurate information on healthcare services.
Resolve patient concerns, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams, and escalate complaints or complex issues when required.
Maintain accurate patient records, support administrative processes, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and customer service standards.

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills with the ability to manage patient interactions professionally.
Experience in a healthcare, customer service, or patient administration environment is an advantage.
