Are you ready to make a crucial step-change in a data and insight-driven manufacturing business? Morrisons is looking for a dedicated Category Insight Manager to work across Morrisons and Myton customers at our Cutler Heights Manufacturing site in Bradford. Supporting the Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will deliver category insight, consumer data, food trend insights, and trade marketing proposals to help the Commercial Team drive 3-year revenue and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify category and consumer trends by bringing together shopper insights, market data, and retailer data.
Support the delivery of category reviews, identify key issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
Influence stakeholders to launch EBITDA-winning categories.
Build, manage, and maintain weekly and monthly business reports for Morrisons and Myton customers using Kantar, IGD, Circana, MoreViu, and other relevant datasets.
Manage and deliver weekly store visits, highlighting key points of difference to the wider Myton team (including sites, NPD, etc.) and customers.
Support the tailoring, planning, and execution of long-term category plans to secure lasting customer engagement.
Aid the delivery of operationally joined-up New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD).
Build strong, collaborative relationships across both manufacturing and retail teams.

What We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Strong knowledge of the UK grocery market and key market datasets.
Clear understanding of food manufacturing and retailer processes, particularly regarding the relationship between category, NPD, and the final product.
Strong financial acumen to support the delivery of financial plans and revenue targets.
The ability to manage, influence, and collaborate effectively with peers.
Confidence as a presenter, with a proven knack for forging and developing strong internal and external relationships.
