About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Team Leader (Online, Market Street, Services) for their Fort William store.

In this vital leadership role, you will act as the driving force behind our in-store teams, inspiring colleagues to deliver outstanding service and driving performance forward. You will build a supportive, performance-driven culture, coach team members to success, and manage department operations to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Culture: Build an engaging, supportive, and performance-driven environment where achievements are rewarded and colleagues place customers at the heart of everything they do.
Coaching & Development: Develop and lead team members, coaching them to build competence, confidence, and high performance.
Operational Management: Effectively plan, organise, and manage workloads, ensuring strict deadlines are met, policies and legal obligations are followed, and department data is analysed to improve processes.
Online & Order Management: Take responsibility for ensuring all orders are picked, despatched, and delivered within required timescales with a minimal number of substitutions.
Flexible Scheduling: Work variable shift patterns, including early starts from 04:00 and approximately 50% weekend work.

About You

Natural Leader: Experience in developing and leading teams, with a strong ability to coach and inspire others.
Relationship Builder: Excellent capability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong Operational Skills: Possess strong operational and technical knowledge (particularly within Online departments), with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Customer & People Focused: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
