Pay Rate: £14.92 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Days – Must be available to work alternate weekends)
Closing Date: 1 September 2026

About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Your role will involve leading from the front, supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
Respecting the dignity, choices, and preferences of every resident.
Helping to foster an environment that is warm, welcoming, and vibrant.

What We Are Looking For

To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you should possess:

An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific knowledge and practical background in clinical care for the elderly.
A warm-hearted, compassionate nature with a true commitment to individualized care.
