About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank Care Assistant for Hethersett Hall Care Home.

In this flexible, casual role, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, offer genuine companionship, and help create wonderful shared moments and memories. Whether supporting residents with meals, following personalized care plans, or dedicating one-to-one time, every day will be varied, fulfilling, and deeply rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high standards of personal care and daily living support tailored to individual resident needs.
Provide meaningful companionship and engage residents in conversation and activities.
Assist residents with food, drink, and nutrition support.
Follow established care plans accurately and ensure resident wellbeing is maintained.
Provide flexible cover for planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sick leave).

About You

Some experience of caring for older people.
A positive, can-do approach with excellent communication skills.
Warm-hearted, empathetic, and genuinely compassionate nature.
Flexible with your work patterns to support varying shift requirements (mixed days/nights).
