(SEHA) for a Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery (SKMC) to join its specialist surgical team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced consultant to provide advanced orthopaedic care for pediatric patients while leading clinical excellence, mentoring junior medical staff, and working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage pediatric orthopaedic conditions while performing specialized surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Lead ward rounds, oversee junior medical staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives in line with hospital and regulatory standards.

Requirements

MBBS or equivalent with recognized specialization and fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.
Valid DOH License or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi with a minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience.
Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills. Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital is preferred.
