About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, hands-on Customer Assistant for their Market Street and Café team in Parkgate, Rotherham.

In this vibrant customer-facing role, you will prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is famous for. From serving meals in the Café to preparing pizzas, fresh fish, or meat on Market Street, you will play a major part in making every customer's experience special. You will also receive cross-training across other store areas, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, making flexibility and teamwork essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food in the Café and across Market Street (including pizzas, fresh fish, and meat counters).
Deliver exceptional, friendly service and help create positive, memorable experiences for every customer.
Work efficiently within a busy, structured environment following clear routines and timed activities.
Provide flexible support across other store departments, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, as required.
Maintain a helpful approach and assist customers with resolving their queries.

What The Role Requires

A helpful, friendly approach with a strong passion for putting customers first.
Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and working in a busy, structured environment.
Comfortable using in-store equipment safely and following established processes.
Available for flexible shift patterns (any 5 from 7, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
Must be over the school leaver’s age (additional age requirements of 18+ may apply for certain tasks due to health and safety regulations).
