Key Responsibilities

Direct clinical care within the community, overseeing accurate care planning, safe medication management, and full regulatory compliance.
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of nurses and care assistants to uphold best practices and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and management to continuously drive quality improvement across the service.

Requirements

Active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration with up-to-date revalidation.
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care setting, alongside proven team leadership skills.
In-depth understanding of care home regulatory frameworks coupled with decisive clinical judgment and strong communication abilities.
