In this role, you will guide and motivate members toward achieving their individual fitness goals within a supportive, health-focused environment. You will deliver personalized consultations, group sessions, and gym floor support to encourage long-term wellbeing.

Role Description

As a Personal Trainer, you will combine expert fitness guidance with high-quality member care to build a strong client base. By delivering tailored exercise programmes and engaging group training, you will foster an encouraging atmosphere that helps members maintain healthier lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inductions, consultations, and bespoke personal training sessions tailored to member needs.
Deliver energetic group exercise and gym floor sessions while supporting general daily operations.
Actively engage with members to build lasting client relationships and promote health and wellbeing services.

Requirements

Recognized Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
Current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level (or REPs Level 3).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passionate, approachable attitude.
