Salary: £43,180 - £50,444 per annum (Includes a base salary of £35,400 - £42,664 + up to £1,400 attendance allowance, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,500 Responsibility Allowance, and approx. £2,880 sleep-in bonuses)

Sign-on Bonuses: £1,000 Welcome Bonus (on successful completion of probation) + £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment)

As a Team Leader, you will empower young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs to reclaim their childhood and create pathways toward becoming well-rounded adults. Your core responsibilities:

Support & Standards: Guide your team to maintain exceptionally high standards of care while creating a safe, nurturing environment.
Leadership Stepping-Stone: Actively support the home's management team, prepared to step up and deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers.
Relationship Building: Relate to, connect with, and build deep, trusting relationships with the young people in our care.

Qualification: You must hold the Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent).
Experience & Resilience: A "can-do" attitude, a team-first mentality, and the emotional resilience to navigate challenging situations with honesty and empathy.
Mobility: A Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 12 months.
