Payments and Fees

Fees for staffing services will be agreed in writing with each client. Clients are responsible for payment within the agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in legal action or additional charges.


Services

Supportive Bridge provides healthcare staffing services to clients. We act as an introduction and supply agency, sourcing and vetting staff before placement.


Client Responsibilities

Clients must:
– Provide accurate staffing requirements
– Ensure staff are given a safe working environment
– Comply with employment laws and health & safety requirements
– Pay agreed fees promptly as per contract terms

Staff Responsibilities

Staff must:
– Provide accurate personal and employment information
– Maintain professional standards and conduct
– Follow policies, training, and client instructions
– Notify Supportive Bridge of any issues affecting their role


Liability

Supportive Bridge is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. We take all reasonable steps to provide suitable staff but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
