Recruitment & Vetting
- We carry out background checks (DBS, references, right-to-work) before you start work.
- You must provide accurate documents and information.
- You cannot begin work until all checks are complete.

- Use PPE correctly when required.
Whistleblowing
- If you see unsafe practices or abuse, report it immediately.
- You can raise concerns in confidence without fear of losing your job.
Complaints
- If you have a problem at work, raise it with your manager.
- Clients may also complain – deal with it politely and report it to us immediately.
Code of Conduct
- Be punctual and reliable for all shifts.
- Respect and protect client confidentiality.
- Never accept gifts or money from clients.
- Do not work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Report safeguarding concerns immediately.
